  • How can I make an appointment for a PING club fitting?

    All appointments must be booked through an Authorised PING retailer and includes a charge of £20 for a 60 minute appointment or £30 for a 90 minute appointment. You can find your nearest PING retailer by using the Find A Fitter tab.

  • Can I buy direct from PING?

    At this time PING has a limited selection of apparel available to purchase. Check out PING Collection to view our latest Men's and Ladies apparel.

PING Tours

  • How can I schedule a PING factory tour?

    Factory tours are conducted Monday-Friday. To inquire on upcoming availability, or to schedule your tour please call our Customer Service team at +44 (0) 1427 615405 to better assist you.


  • How can I check on the status of my order?

    As a golf club manufacturer we are unable to provide consumer purchase information without the consent of our valued authorised PING retailers. We would be more than happy to contact our authorised retailers on your behalf but you may wish to request the information from the authorised retailer yourself as this may speed the process up.

  • How can I register my recent purchase of PING clubs?

    To register your PING golf equipment please contact our Customer Service team at +44 (0) 1427 615405.


  • Are my PING clubs still under warranty?

    At PING, we stand behind the workmanship and the materials involved in the manufacturing and production of our equipment and accessories. Our current policies protect your purchase from defect and are evaluated on an as needed basis. If you have any questions regarding our policies that protect your PING investment please feel free to call +44 (0) 1427 - 615405 and we would be happy to discuss your situation and provide the options that may be available.

Charitable Donations

  • How can I receive a donation for my charitable function?

    Due to the high volume of requests that we receive for free/complimentary products, the cost of honoring all such requests would be prohibitive. Please observe the following requirements when making your request. Written request must be e-mailed to PING (may be mailed) 60 days prior to the event. Requests must include the following:

    1. When and where the event is.
    2. Who is benefitting from the proceeds?
    3. What the event would like to purchase from PING.
    4. How those items will be used.
    5. The charitable organisation’s ID number.
    6. Attach an event flyer.

    Submission of the preceding information does not guarantee that the opportunity to purchase product directly from PING will be approved. PING reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any requests. Send e-mail to the European Marketing Department, Thank you for your interest in PING.


  • How can I verify the authenticity of my PING clubs?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to verify authenticity by serial number alone. If you are in doubt of the authenticity of your PING club(s), you can send your club(s) directly to our After Sales and Repair Department to be authenticated. To set up a club inspection please call our Customer Services Department at +44 (0) 1427 615405. Our business hours are M – F: 8:30am – 5:00pm.
